Operating in international business since 1985, in renewable energies since 1997. Researcher in Sustainable Development and public speaker for World Wildlife Fund Italy, Climate Change and FIT Committee (2000-2002); Board member of Practical Utopias, a European sustainable policies think tank located in Italy, founded by EU MPs and German research institutes (1996-1999); non parliamentarian member of the Sustainable Economy & Development study group, Italian Senate (1998 ~2002). Mr. Colacicchi also covers role of Managing Director of Ergon Solar Africa.

Alberto Soprani (Kenyan), Senior Vice Chair Africa
Graduate from the University of St Lucia, Queensland, Australia. Has been actively operating in in renewable energies in East Africa since the 80's. He is a former Eastern Africa distributor of Solarex (later acquired by Siemens). Mr. Soprani has also operated in the financial sector managing assets and investments in Kenya, and is a principal and director of C-MAX EPS building industry. 

Pauline Among (Ugandan) Chief Legal Officer
Advocate, Degree in Law at Makarere University (Uganda). Also covers the role of Senior Legal Director at Uganda Development Corporation (2013-2018), particular experience in Government Procurement regulations, Due Diligence, Project Finance, PPAs, Government Support Letters. International training with London investment firms.   

Assaf Arbel (German / Israeli) COO / Chief Utility Developments
Managed over 500 MWS developments in various phases for Canadian Solar in Africa  and developed 40 MWS in Europe. Operated also in Agro projects development in Ethiopia.
